    1. Background

The Ministry of Education requires colleges and universities to make full use of the online MOOC courses and high-quality online course resources and platforms, actively carry out online teaching, and open nearly 24000 free online courses to ensure the effectiveness of online teaching. In the period, the integrated teaching mode(online courses, live online teaching and students autonomous learning) came into being. It is the integration of various teaching modes, and integrates modern education technology and information technology, which conforms to the concept of lifelong education and replaces the uniform face-to-face traditional teaching mode. Three kinds of teaching models are popular in the field of education, and the effect is the main one. However, there are also some problems exposed, such as network congestion, various live“roller scene” and endless jokes, some teachers complain, and some students are at a loss. How to ensure the substantial equivalence between online learning and offline classroom? Although many scholars are carrying out the exploration of online and offline integrated teaching mode, they mainly focus on face-to-face classroom, assist online teaching, lack of mature integrated teaching mode is in a “split” state. The effective integrated teaching mode is complementary rather than contradictory. How to effectively integrate the three teaching modes is worth studying.

    2. Online teaching

The year of 2012 can be regarded as the beginner of a new education mode——MOOC. A large number of learning resources provide students with convenient and conditions for learning. The main disadvantages of MOOC are that the teaching interaction is not passive, and the attention is easy to be distracted. And then, in 2013, Professor Armand Fox created a small-scale limited online course SPOC, which provides the possibility for data analysis.

In the field of college English teaching, SPOC has been applied to college English teaching, translation teaching, writing teaching and other fields. Now, the number of MOOC in China is the first in the world. According to the online teaching plan, it is necessary to select the appropriate online teaching platform (such as love course, school online, wisdom tree network, etc.) and the appropriate online teaching method (such as MOOC, SPOC, QQ group teaching and explanation “TPT+ voice” or live broadcast, etc.). According to the statistical results of students comments and test questions in SPOC platform forum, teachers sort out the key and difficult points of teaching.Live online course is an online course learning mode developed with the help of live online platform.

    3. Live online broadcasting

2016 is known as the “the first year of Chinas online live broadcasting”. Along with that, the live broadcast also entered the field of education more and more, and made a lot of “online red teachers”. As a new online teaching mode during the epidemic period, online live teaching is more and more applied in the field of education. The emergence of online live broadcasting benefits from the vigorous development of entertainment industry. It has the characteristics of socializing, rich content and not limited by time and space, which can effectively make up for the lack of interaction in video recording and broadcasting. Compared with online courses, broadcast teaching has the characteristics of strong sense of presence and high interactivity. However, the teaching method of live network teaching is flexible and novel, which requires teachers to organize teaching directly on the network to students through video or voice.

A variety of live broadcast tools and platforms provide teachers and students with rich teaching resources, such as rain class, super star learning, nail platform, Tencent class, etc. As online teaching method of “quick effect but risk ”, it is suggested to use online flipped classroom thinking, let students learn by themselves first, find common problems of students through exercises, tests, tasks, etc., and then make key breakthroughs in live teaching. In the special situation, in order to prevent network congestion, teachers should consider to implement “live broadcasting at different peak”.

    4. Students autonomous learning

The final teaching goal is not to profess knowledge but teach students to learn by themselves. As a Chinese proverb goes, “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.” Being a college English teacher, he will be expected to discover the teaching opportunity about emotional attitude and outlook of value, such as human and nature, human destiny community, social responsibility, information acquisition and critical thinking. Teachers should not just indoctrinate, but give students the opportunity to study independently. For example, they should search for English news about our country or the world, write a touching English story, poem and recite an inspiring English essay during the epidemic spread. Teachers can organize online work appraisal activities, practice oral English and voice recording video by peer phone and other special tasks, so that students can understand the relevant knowledge about the latest news in various ways, and make an electronic mind map.

    5. Conclusion

For college students, autonomous learning is a necessary ability, especially in the special period of staying at home. Students autonomous learning is mainly offline. They should read more English names, inspirational stories, search for practical English learning methods, etc., actively reduce the use of the Internet, avoid complicated news, and distraction of entertainment information, and excessively damage their eyes.
